PTS System (S) Pte Ltd was founded by 3 partners who are now directors of the Company. It was first registered under Pinnacle Tech and Services as sole proprietorship in 1994. The Company started off by designing and supplying handling system mainly for the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and then later into the semi-cond industries. The equipment supplied were conveyors, automatic magazine loader and unloader, turn-table, flipper, buffer stocker and many others. Today, this business still forms the core of the Company’s sales revenue.

In 1997, the Company sets its mission to become a supplier of high end equipment for the Global market through quality products that meet or exceed Customer expectations and through constant innovations, improvements and excellent after sales service and support.

The first high end equipment was introduced in 1997. It was an in-line PCBA Laser Marker designed and build for Adaptec - a US Company based in Singapore. Since then, there was no turning back. More and more high end equipment were designed and introduced amongst them are Depaneling Router and In-Line Ink-Jet Marker. The Laser business also began to penetrate into non-PCBA markets like plastic injection and metal stamping houses.

Today, PTS has provided to many international fortune 500 companies and local contract manufacturing companies with quality equipment and has build a reputation as a market leader with good after sales and services. Amongst the Companies are Intel, NEC, Samsung, PCA, Celestica, Kenwood and many others.

Currently, PTS has about 25 staff. They are mainly skilled personnel namely software engineers (3x); Mechanical Designer (4x); Contols-PLC/Touch Screen) 3x. Service engineers-2x. The rests are administrative staff or assemblers. Total floor area is about 6000 sq. ft. As the Company continues to grow more skilled labour and floor space will be introduced.
