PTS was the AV Consultant delivering the Audio Visual Design & Strategy for TERRA, an innovative “third space” located on the 38th floor of HKRI Centre One — an upscale Grade-A office tower within HKRI Taikoo Hui in Shanghai.

Completed in 2025, TERRA is an exclusive shared tenant amenity conceptualised through a reverse brief shaped by stakeholder engagements. The result is a hospitality-inspired space with business-ready functionality, designed to enhance tenant experience, support curated events, and drive long-term value.

Lounge: Anchored by an all-day F&B offering, the bar & lounge area serves as the social heart of the space, ideal for casual business conversations, client hosting or breakout moments between meetings and events..

• Centralised Digital Signage System with CMS & Content Players enabling streamlined scheduling, rapid content updates to support branding & event messaging

2) Testing, Calibration & User Trainings

• Final tuning to achieve display colour accuracy, viewing angles & audio clarity across all spaces & settings
